Yoga is a practice that comes with a lot of confusion and misinformation because of the complexity surrounding it.

Asanas–core of the Practice
There are 80 to one thousand poses to the practice, with some focusing on balance, strength, flexibility, or even helping with some physical and emotional ailments.
